|1. First, remove any payment card from your wearable by using the Fidesmo Pay app on your iPhone or Android phone or visiting the Self Service Portal. After that, disconnect the wearable from your Fidesmo Pay profile by using the Fidesmo Pay app on your phone ("Forget wearable"). Then download and print the Neos Pay return/exchange form - for more info, please check our Refund & Exchange Policy.
|2. Enter your order number, your name and other requested info. If you are asking for an exchange, enter your correct size.
|3. Pack your Neos wearable with the return/exchange form in a padded envelope or parcel. Send it to us by insured mail or trackable shipping to Athens office.
|4. After receiving your return, we will take care of your request and (if applicable) the re-shipment as soon as possible.
