Refund policy

Returns
We offer you a refund or exchange if you return within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you are an EU buyer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

First, remove any payment card from your Neos wearable using the Fidesmo Pay app on your iPhone or Android phone (see screenshot below), or visit the Self-Service Portal. You can always call your bank to help remove a card from your wearable. DO NOT dispatch a payment-enabled wearable to anyone unless you are sure no payment card is connected.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your wearable must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Furthermore, we ask that you disconnect the Neos wearable from your Fidesmo Pay profile. To do so, if you have already connected it, use the Fidesmo App on your phone and choose "Forget wearable."

It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your payment card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@neospay.com. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to Neos Beyond Payments P.C., 75 Thessalonikis Str., Egg building, 183 45 Moschato, Greece, +306944224311.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, and inform us of the tracking number at info@neospay.com.
