Shipping policy

Neos wearables are delivered to the Nordics, Baltics, Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, and many other countries (see checkout page/country selection).

Shipping cost

Deliveries within Greece

We charge shipping costs of €4.90 per order within Greece.

• 4.90 Euro.
• 2-4 working days - tracked package.

Deliveries within the European Union

We charge a shipping cost of €8.90 per order for all EU countries to which we supply.

• 8.90 Euro.
• 5-10 working days - tracked package.

Deliveries outside the European Union

We calculate the shipping costs flatly, with €12.90 per order in all non-EU countries we supply.

• 12.90 Euro.
• 8-12 working days - tracked package.

 

Custom duties and other charges payable outside the EU are not included.

 

Service partner: Typically, we ship your orders via UPS. We also send registered mail by the Greek Post.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of Neos products in Greece takes 2-4 working days, and for any other European country, it takes 5-10 working days after order confirmation (for agreed advance payment made after the date of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you pay with a payment card, your card account will be debited before shipment.

Neos products can be used for payments for a minimum of two years. You can make purchases with your Neos device wherever you see the contactless symbol.
